When you complete the contact form, we collect:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone number, if you choose to provide it.
• The name of your practice or organization, if you choose to provide it.
• The message you write to us.
• Your choice about text messages and a consent record that includes the date and time, the page language, the page address, the IP address, the user agent (browser and device), and the exact text of each consent box you checked.

As with any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical data from each visit (for example, the IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

The contact form is not for patient information. Please do not send us protected health information (PHI) or patient data through this site. If you need to share patient information as part of a service, we will arrange an appropriate channel.

• To coordinate meetings and to provide or follow up on our services.
• To send you text messages, only if you consented to receive them.
• To document your consent and your choice about text messages.
• To protect the site against misuse.

The information you send through the form is stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) service that acts on our behalf and under our instructions. We also use a hosting provider to operate the site. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us.

PR Prima offers two text messaging programs, each with its own box on the contact form: a non-marketing program (about your inquiry, meeting coordination, and service follow-up) and a marketing program (about our services and educational activities). Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default; they are not required to submit the form or to receive our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Program details are in our Terms and Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. The site is served over HTTPS and access to the information is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain the service relationship, and meet our legal obligations. We keep the text message consent record for as long as it is needed to document your choice.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to us at info@prprima.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, and we may need to keep certain information when the law requires it.

We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page with its new effective date.
