The content of this site is informational and describes PR Prima's services. It is not a binding offer; services are agreed in writing with each client.

• Not send protected health information (PHI) or patient data through the site.
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

PR Prima offers two text messaging programs. You choose each one separately using its own box on the contact form at prprima.com:

• Service (non-marketing) messages: about your inquiry, meeting coordination, and service follow-up.
• Marketing messages: about PR Prima's services and educational activities.

Opting in is optional. The boxes are unchecked by default and are not required to submit the form or to receive our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to PR Prima's text messaging programs.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and we will send you no further text messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The use of your information for text messaging is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The results of our services depend on factors specific to each practice, including existing clinical documentation, the physician's decisions, and each health plan's requirements. PR Prima does not guarantee specific results.

The text and design of this site belong to PR PRIMA LLC. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may update these terms. We will post the current version on this page with its new effective date.
